MY STORY

As many others have, I took a few art classes here and there. Somewhere along the way LIFE seemed to put a hold on my art. Marriage, job, children homeschooling,  I always had a reason not to create. But, when life was at its most stressful I began to create again, to thrive again, and to find joy. I have a passion for art, whether it's creating my own, teaching my classes, helping seniors in residential centers, or working with  those in crisis. Art seems to allow us, to allow me, to more deeply feel and process along with letting go and relaxing. What a paradox. What a gift!
